**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, blueprints, and plans based on project requirements.
- Create and update technical drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to drafting standards.
- Incorporate necessary dimensions, materials, and other specifications into drawings.
- Review and analyze design drawings to identify potential issues or improvements.
- Revise and modify drawings as directed by project leads or clients.
- Prepare and organize drawing files and documentation for easy reference and retrieval.
- Assist in the coordination of drawing production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards and trends in drafting techniques and software.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and provide creative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in drafting or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a 2D Draftsman or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of drafting principles, techniques, and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and sketches.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
