Webcooks Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading technology company specializing in web development and software solutions, is seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our team. As a Multimedia Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and enhancing the multimedia content for our company and projects. Your expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and video editing will contribute to creating captivating and engaging visual experiences for our clients and end-users.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and refine company logos, icons, and brand elements, ensuring they effectively represent our company's values and image.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent visual identity across various mediums and platforms.

Photoshop and Illustrator Design:Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create high-quality visuals, including illustrations, icons, banners, and infographics.
Edit and enhance images, ensuring they meet the required specifications and align with the desired visual style.

Motion Graphics and Animation:Utilize Adobe After Effects to create captivating motion graphics and animations for web and video content.
Collaborate with the marketing and video production teams to develop visually engaging animations and visual effects.

Video Editing and Post-Production:Edit and enhance video footage using video editing software to create visually compelling and professional-quality videos.
Ensure smooth transitions, audio synchronization, color grading, and visual effects in the edited videos.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align video content with marketing strategies and objectives.

Multimedia Content Development:Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver multimedia content that meets business objectives.

Industry Trends and Innovation:Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in multimedia design, video editing, and motion graphics.
Continuously enhance your design and technical skills, incorporating innovative ideas and approaches into your work.

**Requirements**:
Professional Experience:Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your creative multimedia work.
Experience in designing graphics, creating motion graphics, and editing videos using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and video editing software.

Adobe Creative Suite Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant multimedia design and video editing software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and color theory.

Video Editing and Motion Graphics:Experience in video editing, post-production, and motion graphics creation, with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Creativity and Attention to Detail:Exceptional creativity, innovative thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling multimedia content.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to ensure high-quality output.

Collaboration and Communication:Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Ability to present and articulate design concepts, video editing choices, and motion graphics ideas.

Time Management:Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Qualifications:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
