We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **AVP - Finance Change Delivery**.

**Principal responsibilities**
- Should have experience with various monthly reporting such as Finance Systems Implementation projects.
- Functional Requirement gathering for various global projects related to new or existing inbound interfaces to FTP and the associated financial reporting; perform in-depth analysis and provide required solutions
- Identifies and analyses complex problems; generates feasible and creative solutions considering all aspects and consequences; leads brainstorming meetings to discuss and/or resolve problems
- Perform data validation of rules testing results to ensure accuracy of the rules created and resolve the issues identified
- Supporting projects, developing project plans, and monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Lead Working Group and manage stakeholder’s expectation on projects as assigned
- Identify, engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders across Global Business as well as all Finance Sub-Functions, FTP upstream and downstream, Testing, PMO and FTP operations RTB team; adopting a joined-up approach to execute the change at pace
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are understood and changes well communicated
- Ensure adequate documentation and sign off on proposed design
Requirements
- C.A, MBA, Post Graduate preferably in Finance or banking domain with significant functional and Analytical experience
- Experience: Overall 10+ years with 5+ years of professional experience in Finance Systems Implementation projects
- Experience in managing, negotiating and influencing senior business relationships across geographies
- Sound understanding of HSBC products, its life cycle accounting, systems and business scenarios thereof
- Understand changes in accounting policy and accounting flow and analyse the impacts from system perspective
- Business change management experience; ability to drive change projects and solutions in a finance environment
- Complex analytical reasoning skills enabling appraisal of the Global & Regional reporting requirements and translate into functional requirements for system development
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office tools
- Experience in building visualization using technology such as Qlik or Tableau
