**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Arc, Gas welding, etc.) to join or repair metal components.
- Inspect materials, structures, and welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape metal materials as required.
- Perform maintenance of welding equipment and tools.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members, fabricators, and supervisors to complete projects on time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a welder (certification preferred but not always required).
- Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- ITI/Diploma in welding, fabrication, or related field (preferred).

**Work Conditions**:

- Workshop/field environment (may include standing, bending, and lifting).
- Use of protective gear such as helmets, gloves, and safety glasses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- REQUIERD: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- VAILD CERTIFICATION REQIERD (required)
