**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Travel & Relationship Management**:

- Travel extensively, including internationally, to meet and engage with clients and dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive business growth.
- **BTL Activities**:

- Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and dealer meets to promote products and services.
- **Grievance Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer and dealer grievances promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Dealer Engagement**:

- Regularly meet dealers to understand their needs, provide product information, and gather feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to dealers.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in the similar field.

**Salary : Up to 15K**

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **Bengali, Hindi, and English**.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Smart, presentable, and capable of handling high-pressure situations with a professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of BTL marketing activities and their execution.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
