**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated **Interior Designer/Site Supervisor** to oversee the day-to-day operations at various project sites. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with the Project Manager, manage on-site workers, and ensure that work progresses smoothly as per design and schedule. Travel between sites will be required depending on the project location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate site progress and challenges with the Project Manager.
- Manage and monitor laborers, subcontractors, and material usage on-site.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure site safety practices are followed.
- Report any deviations, issues, or material requirements promptly to the Project Manager.
- Assist in maintaining daily site logs, reports, and attendance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a site supervisor in interior or construction projects.
- Ability to manage site teams and ensure timely execution of work.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to various project locations as assigned.
- Basic understanding of interior materials, sequences, and site processes.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and make quick on-site decisions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Certification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or relevant trade.
- 2-4 years of on-site supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with construction and interior site practices.
