The Sales organization serves three customer segments: retail, institutional, and builders, with a focus on retail customers. Key challenges for Sales Officers include:

- Achieving Sales Targets: Executing sales operations to meet targets considering competitor presence and local factors.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with diverse client segments, understanding their needs, and escalating critical cases as required.
- Market Knowledge: Upgrading financial & operational knowledge on market trends and effective negotiation.
- Credit Quality & Risk Management: Ensuring credit quality through portfolio selection and minimizing NPAs.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliant sales operations despite market pressures.
- Enabling Skill Sets & Qualifications:
Principal Accountabilities:

- Sales Planning & Operations: Collaborate with Sales Manager to plan operations, adapt strategies based on local trends, and compile MIS reports.
- Customer Acquisition/Engagement: Work on prospect lists, understand product benefits, and address customer complaints effectively.
- Operational Effectiveness: Execute operations efficiently across the customer lifecycle and implement best practices.
- Self Development & Internal Stakeholder Management: Attend relevant training, seminars, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Portfolio & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to risk management, compliance, and compile accurate MIS on NPAs and credit trends.

**Relationships (If Applicable) Internal**
- Area Head: Weekly/On-going - Periodic reviews, updates on target achievement, escalations.
- Sales Manager (Direct): On-going - Business MIS, review on new market development, progress on target achievement, escalations.
- Sales Governance: Monthly/Need Based - Ensuring compliant sales operations, payout/incentive design-execution, on-boarding, etc.
- Builder Segment Team: Need Based - Identifying, developing, maintaining builder relationships.
- HR Dept: Need Based/Process Driven - Performance Reviews, Training.

IT Dept: Need Based - Back-end/systems support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
