We are looking for Accounts Executive.

Location
- Kolkata

Qualification
- B. Com (mandatory)

Salary - 3 to 6 Lpa

**Role and Responsibilities -**
1) Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank accounts,
coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
2) Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to
management, budget preparation and analysis
3) Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
4) Oversee taxes and abide by Income Tax regulations
5) Manage all accounting transactions
6) Prepare budget forecasts
7) Publish financial statements in time
8) Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
9) Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
10) Ensure timely bank payments
11) Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
12) Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
13) Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
14) Audit financial transactions and documents
15) Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
16) Comply with financial policies and regulations.

**Experience and Skills**
1) Work experience as an Accountant
2) Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (GAAP)
3) Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally
4) Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
5) Experience with general ledger functions
6) Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
