**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**:

- Assist in building and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Help in vendor onboarding, data collection, and contract management.
- Track vendor performance metrics, including delivery timelines and quality adherence.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues related to orders, inventory, and pricing.

**Marketplace Operations**:

- Support in managing product listings across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
- Assist in optimizing product descriptions, pricing, and promotions for better visibility and sales.
- Monitor marketplace analytics to track product performance, customer reviews, and trends.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

**Cross-functional Support**:

- Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and ads on marketplaces.
- Support in generating performance reports for internal teams.

**Learning & Development**:

- Gain hands-on experience in tools like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and advanced Excel.
- Learn to analyze data to drive actionable insights.
- Understand the end-to-end supply chain and eCommerce workflows.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or related field.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms or willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- **Bonus Skills**: Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or digital marketing basics.
