Corporate Communication Writer

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the brand manager to understand clients' content and copy requirements.
- Strategize and produce content for communication campaigns aimed at advancing clients' employer branding objectives.
- Craft concise, strategic content including social media copy, employee spotlights, advocacy pieces, and leadership narratives.
- Develop comprehensive long-form content such as employee spotlights, newsletters, and internal mailers, along with campaign articles backed by thorough research.
- Employ an inclusive, multi-platform approach (print, digital, and social media), utilizing both written and video formats to maximize impact.
- Assess the effectiveness of strategies, programs, and campaigns, and refine them accordingly.
- Assist the marketing team by providing content/copy insights for new business proposals and ongoing client campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry and media trends, integrating them into daily work practices.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation abilities.
- A strong portfolio showcasing work specific to employer branding and corporate communication.
