**EHS OFFICER**

1. Implement EHS policies and processes at plant level

2. Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics

3. Prepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basis

4. Prepare policies and procedures related to EHS

5. Conversant with related Statute and Best Practices

6. Be a part of Onboarding Orientation of new employee

7. Ensure Medical Check-up schedule of employees are adhered.

8. Employee Medical Records are maintained in close consultation of Company’s Medical Practitioner

9. Conduct risk assessment

10. Enforce preventive measures

11. Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions.

12. Ensure all the employees adhere to the written rules and regulations.

13. Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes

14. Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employee’s safety

15. Liasoning with Gujarat pollution control board as well as DISH Office.

16. Creating Manifest

17. Checking all MOU

18. Toolbox Talk

**Education Qualifications.**
- Diploma EHS/B.Sc. Chemistry / Environmental Science/EHS. PDIS/ADIS would be preferred
- Diploma/BSc + PDIS+ADIS and BSc - Health Safety & Environment

**Years of Experience**

3 to 5 years of Experience is preferred
