We are seeking a motivated **Digital Marketing Intern** to join our team at our Uttam Nagar, New Delhi office for a 6-month full-time, in-person internship. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and website management. You will work closely with our marketing team to support and execute real campaigns, gaining practical skills in the process. The internship may lead to a full-time job offer upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
- **WordPress Management**: Manage and update the company’s website (built on WordPress), including creating pages, publishing content, and performing routine maintenance.
- **Content Creation**: Create and curate engaging digital content (blog posts, social media graphics, newsletters) that aligns with our marketing strategy and brand voice.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics; generate reports to provide insights and suggest improvements.
- **SEO Optimization**: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO techniques (meta tags, headings, content optimization) to improve search engine rankings.
- **Social Media Management**: Help design, schedule, and monitor social media posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement and followers.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visual design across all online channels.

Qualifications and Skills
- **WordPress Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with WordPress (site setup, theme customization, plugin management, and content updates).
- **Web Design Knowledge**: Familiarity with website design principles, including basic HTML/CSS, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.
- **Content Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and error-free content.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; capable of interpreting data and using it to drive decision-making.
- **Education**: Graduate degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience will also be considered.
- **Work Ethic & Availability**: Positive attitude, proactive and eager to learn; able to work full-time on-site (5-6 days/week) at our Uttam Nagar office. Passion for digital marketing and creativity is essential.

- **Location**: Uttam Nagar, New Delhi (office-based).
- **Potential Opportunity**: Successful interns may be offered a full-time position after the internship.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
