Graphic Designer

We are hiring Web Design and Development Specialists at three levels: Freshers, Freelancers, and Experienced Professionals. As a Web Design and Development Specialist at Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing websites to enhance user experience and support our digital marketing efforts.

For Freshers:

- Assist in designing and developing websites according to project specifications and design guidelines.
- Support the creation of web layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using design tools and web technologies.
- Perform basic front-end and back-end coding tasks, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Test and troubleshoot website functionality and performance issues.
- Stay updated on web design trends, tools, and best practices.

For Freelancers:

- Design and develop websites that align with client requirements and digital marketing strategies, including responsive and adaptive designs.
- Create and implement web layouts, interactive features, and content management systems (CMS) to enhance user experience.
- Develop custom solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Optimize websites for performance, search engine visibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for websites as needed.

For Experienced Professionals:

- Develop comprehensive web strategies that integrate design, development, and digital marketing objectives.
- Oversee and mentor junior developers and designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills.
- Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Utilize advanced web technologies and frameworks to create innovative solutions and improve user experience.
- Analyze website performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization and improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design and development.

*Qualifications:*

For Freshers:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic understanding of web design and development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Basic knowledge of responsive design and UX/UI principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

For Freelancers:

- Proven experience in web design and development with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and web performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members.

For Experienced Professionals:

- Extensive experience in web design and development with a strong portfolio of complex and high-profile projects.
- Advanced proficiency in web technologies, frameworks, and tools, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive web strategies and lead design and development teams.
