**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and schedule work for goods ordering (system entry) based on technical requirements.
- Upon order confirmation from Merchants, prepare the **checklist** and raise the **Material Requirement Chart (MRC)**.
- Coordinate with the **Purchase team** for order follow-ups and ensure timely procurement.
- Review the **Bill of Materials (BOM)** regularly and coordinate with Merchants for recaps and updates.
- Communicate with the Purchase team regarding the urgency of trims and obtain ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) dates.
- Ensure timely arrangement of QC shortages.
- Follow up and monitor the **PCD (Planned Cut Date)** schedule.
- Release BOM 3-5 days before PCD and hand over the cutting chart to the relevant team.
- Ensure materials are moved to the factory within two days after BOM release.
- Check stock availability before ordering trims, especially common items.
- Notify the Purchase and Merchandising teams promptly about material shortages or delays.
- Arrange replacement or shortage materials immediately when required.
- Report production status to the **Production Manager** on a regular basis.
- Manage inward movement of sample materials for **buyer approval** (Buyer: Eddie Beaver).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
