**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor** to design visually engaging graphics and videos for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**
- Design and develop creatives for **branding, social media, ads, websites, brochures, posters, banners, and presentations**.
- Maintain **brand identity and design consistency** across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create **impactful ad creatives** and campaign visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest **design trends, tools, and AI-based platforms** (Canva, Envato, etc.) to speed up creative production.
- Ensure high-quality output optimized for digital and print formats.

**Video Editing**
- Edit **promotional videos, reels, explainers, ads, and YouTube content**.
- Add **music, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects** to enhance storytelling.
- Create **motion graphics and simple animations** using After Effects or similar tools.
- Work on **AI voice generation and script-based video production**.
- Maintain creative storytelling, pacing, and high visual quality.

**Skills & Expertise**
- Creative and **out-of-the-box design thinking**.
- Strong sense of **visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CorelDRAW (plus), Canva (plus)**.
- Understanding of **marketing, branding, and visual storytelling**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of **AI tools** for creative automation is preferred.
- Strong typography skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi**.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **1 year** of experience as a Graphic Designer or Video Editor (agency experience preferred).
- Must have a **strong portfolio** showcasing creative work in both design and video.
