**Job Location: Forms and Surfaces factory, Lonikand, Near Wagholi, Pune**

**Scope and responsibilities**:

- Learn and gain proficiency of company’s ERP (M2M) systems and workflows.
- Monitor Current Sales RFQ Queue and claim relevant RFQs for quotation.
- Prepare customer master in M2M.
- Assemble accurate and well-organized quotations in a timely manner for Stipulated Price.
- Follow company’s standard part numbers, material descriptions, terms and conditions and rates in quotation.
- Correctly enter the tax codes and tax percentage in quotations.
- Close the RFQ status once quotation is prepared.
- Coordinate with sales team for any quotation change request and discounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments for lead time, packaging details, air-freight as and when required.

**Required qualification, skills and experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Mechanical discipline preferred.
- Excellent academic performance from 10Th standard onwards.
- Entry level / fresher.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Solid-works is required to read drawings.
- Must have experience in understanding of product design.
- Must have good written and verbal, skill to communicate in English.
- Willingness to relocate.
