**Job Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement and sourcing processes.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba solutions to support procurement operations, including sourcing, contract management, procurement, and supplier management.
- Customize SAP Ariba functionalities as needed to meet specific business needs, including catalog management, workflow configuration, and integration with other systems.
- Lead system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP Ariba implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users for SAP Ariba functionalities and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba configurations, interfaces, and integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP Ariba developments, best practices, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and suppliers, to ensure alignment of SAP Ariba solutions with overall business objectives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and optimize SAP Ariba functionality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP Ariba, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Supplier Management.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba integration with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP) and third-party solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP Ariba certification(s) preferred.
