**About the Role**

Udayan Care is seeking an **EV Repair Trainer** to deliver hands-on and classroom-based training in **Electric Vehicle (EV) maintenance and repair**. The role is aimed at empowering underserved youth with employable technical skills in the growing EV sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver practical and theoretical training on EV systems, battery management, motor controllers, and diagnostics.
- Maintain and update training materials and workshop tools as per industry standards.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all practical sessions.
- Conduct student assessments and provide feedback.
- Support student mobilization, certification, and placement efforts.
- Coordinate with industry partners for exposure visits and job placements.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream with a **minimum 1-year diploma in EV Repair or Battery Management Systems**.
- **2+ years** of hands-on experience in EV maintenance or related field.
- Strong communication and classroom facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel for outreach and program activities.
