Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Your main goal will be to provide our company with accurate and timely financial information, ensuring our financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Track and analyze financial performance and assist in making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and conduct financial analysis as needed.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.
- Assist in audits and overall financial management of the company.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; CPA certification is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
