**Who are we looking for**:

- OTC Trader - Cryptocurrency_

We are looking for a trader with extensive experience in OTC trading, to join our Over The Counter (OTC) department for the execution of trades in a wide portfolio of assets. Demonstrable experience in managing or developing OTC and Options strategies is a must.

It will have its own investment portfolio and operate as a team with the rest of the international members, collaborating in the management of the central risk and the quality of the executions.

You will work closely with our team of traders, engineers and data scientists for trading algorithmic infrastructure support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execution of OTC trades in a broad portfolio of cryptocurrencies and in spot, derivative and defi formats, structured products, vanilla options, exotic options.
- Building its own portfolio of assets, products, strategies and algorithmic systems.
- Collaborate with traders and analysts for proper coordination in risk management.
- Increase performance management by improving risk, quantification.
- Collaborate with all other members and teams, including; strategy reviews, code and common advice, on programming matters.

**Requirements**:

- Academic or postgraduate quantitative training in Finance, Applied Mathematics or similar.
- Strong Python skills, 2 to 3 years are desirable, but not mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial sector: Algorithmic Trader OTC, High Frequency Trading, Derivatives Trading, Options trading.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently, but in a collaborative team environment.
- Deep curiosity about financial trading and the blockchain digital ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, persistent and disciplined with a high degree of motivation and involvement.
- High level of English, fluent oral and written communication.

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an OTC cryptocurrency trader.
- Experience in designing and executing strategies, with predictive analytics and risk control.

**Other required skills**:

- Data Mining, Big data, Quants, Machine Learning, HFT, Market Making, Pure and cross, Arbitrage of different modalities.

**Evaluation criteria**:

- Provide figures or documents.
- Trading history.
- Examples of returns with maximum drawdown.
- Maximum volume of capital managed.
- Performance and risk management evaluation of your trading skills or strategies.
- Have worked in companies in the financial sector, in high-frequency systems and market creation.

**Main Sectors of interest**:

- All types of liquid assets, in particular cryptocurrencies, spot, futures and options.
