Stem Teacher

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic **Robotics & STEM Trainer** to conduct engaging, hands-on sessions for school students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Robotics, Coding, and STEM-related activities, inspiring curiosity, problem-solving, and innovation among young learners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct interactive Robotics, Coding, and STEM classes for students (Grades [specify]).
- Deliver curriculum through practical, project-based learning.
- Set up and maintain robotics kits, lab equipment, and software.
- Guide students in building models, coding projects, and participating in competitions.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking through activities.
- Provide regular feedback on student performance and progress.
- Support school events, exhibitions, and championship participation related to STEM & Robotics.
- Continuously learn and upgrade skills to stay aligned with the latest technology trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate in Engineering/Science/Technology (preferred: B.Tech, B.Sc., or related field).
- Prior teaching/training experience in Robotics, Coding, or STEM (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of robotics kits (Arduino, LEGO, EV3, etc.) and programming basics (Scratch, Python, C++, etc.).
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with children.
