**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Development & Oversight**:

- Ensure the Montessori curriculum is being effectively implemented across classrooms.
- Develop, update, and maintain Montessori teaching materials and resources.
- Organize and support educational activities, workshops, and school events.
- **Teacher Support and Training**:

- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for Montessori educators.
- Observe classrooms to assess the adherence to Montessori principles and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Offer guidance on creating child-centered learning environments and preparing appropriate learning materials.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Support teachers in the creation of individualized learning plans for students.
- Assist in maintaining a balanced teacher-student ratio to ensure that the Montessori method is effectively practiced.
- **Parent Communication & Engagement**:

- Act as a liaison between teachers and parents, ensuring that parents are informed about the Montessori approach and their child’s progress.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and informational sessions on Montessori education.
- **Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Ensure that all Montessori classrooms are meeting the necessary educational standards and regulations.
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress and the effectiveness of Montessori materials.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with other school administrators to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Participate in school meetings, conferences, and professional development events as needed.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
