**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging, responsive websites with a focus on user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Utilize CSS library frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind to streamline development processes.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the visual appeal and functionality of our websites.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve and refine web designs.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all web projects.

**Requirements**:

- 1- 2 years of professional experience in web design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (expertise in at least one).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with CSS library frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
- Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous web design projects.
- Creative flair and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Basic understanding of animation and interactive design.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
