Role purpose: As a Vocational Facilitator at Sol’s ARC. You will be crucial in

creating innovative curriculum content, mapping job opportunities that

align with our participants' abilities, and conduct training sessions.

**Key Responsibilities Deliverable Outcomes**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver specialised instructional content tailored to Sol’s ARC Framework.
- Organise and lead educational sessions and activities for special needs students

both within the institution and in external environments.

ensure that vocational training aligns with the evolving needs of neurodivergent

individuals and the job market.
- Train and support trainers, educators, and facilitators who work directly with neurodivergent individuals in implementing the vocational training curriculum effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of curriculum development, training sessions, andobservations. Prepare comprehensive reports to present to the management team and donors.
- Supervise and support students with special needs during their internship.
- Providing post-placement assistance to students who have been successfully

matched with industry partners.
- Develop comprehensive job maps outlining job roles, requirements, and training

pathways.
- Conduct extensive reseARCh and analysis of job markets to identify potential

employment opportunities suitable for neurodivergent individuals.

**Person specification**

**Qualification**: -Post Graduate with Background in Special Education

**Prior Experience**: -3 to 5 years

**Essential skills**: -Strong writing skills
- In-depth knowledge of G Suite and solid online reseARCh skills
- Knowledge of the special needs sector
- Strong oral and written communication in English
- Observation and Monitoring skills

**Essential attributes**:

- Highly organised and capable of planning, managing, and executing initiatives from start to finish
- Ability to work independently and with digital tools, prioritise tasks, work under tight timeframes, and meet deadlines

- Commitment to gender equality, diversity, and inclusion

**Other Specification** -Must have a passion and charisma to train and travel across rural and urban places in India.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
