Experience **:0 - 1 Year**

CTC :_ **1.8 LPA to 2.16 LPA**_

Shift : Rotational shift with 6 Days working & 1 rotational week off

Role & Responsibilities:

- To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every call through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first-class customer service.
- Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities

- To ensure that each customer receives a high-quality experience of professional service thus achieving your call quality targets.
- To be a successful Product Advisor
- Ultimately, a top-performing Product Advisor is the one who follows scripts and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and deliver a great customer experience.
