**Job Title: Kannada Teacher**

**Location**: Doddabelvangala, Bangalore Rural, approximately 50 Kms from Bangalore.

**School**: Akshara Public School, affiliated with CBSE.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver effective Kannada language lessons tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of students.
- Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Assess student progress regularly through assessments, quizzes, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their language acquisition and development.
- Promote the appreciation of Kannada language, literature, and culture among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Kannada language and culture across the curriculum.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Kannada or related field.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in teaching Kannada at the primary or secondary level.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Kannada.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum requirements for Kannada language education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in Kannada language learning.

**Additional Information**:

- Salary range: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, previous salary, and interview performance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
