Roles & Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing and monitoring annual budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and meet organizational goals.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Payroll Processing: Coordinate payroll activities, including employee compensation, deductions, and tax filings.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
- Financial Systems Management: Maintain and optimize financial systems and software to support efficient financial operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
