**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Teach English to students across all grades (Primary, Middle, and High School) following international curriculums including **IB, ICSE, IGCSE, and other curriculums from the USA, Europe, and Australia**.
- Develop **engaging and structured lesson plans** in alignment with international standards.
- Create **comprehensive content**, including worksheets, practice sheets, and assessment materials.
- Conduct **regular evaluations** to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and academic requirements.
- Foster a **positive and interactive learning environment** that encourages students to improve their language proficiency.
- Provide **guidance for academic writing, literature analysis, creative writing, grammar, and comprehension** skills.
- Ensure timely **grading, feedback, and reporting** to students and parents.
- Stay updated with the latest curriculum changes and teaching methodologies.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Minimum 8 years of teaching experience** in English for international curriculums.
- Must have taught **IB, ICSE, IGCSE, or equivalent international curriculums**.
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field**.
- **Strong proficiency in online teaching tools** and digital content creation.
- Ability to create **engaging, interactive, and structured learning materials**.
- **Excellent communication skills** with a passion for teaching children.
- Prior experience with **online tutoring and assessment tools** is preferred.
- Must have a **well-equipped home setup**, including a **laptop, microphone, webcam, and pentab** for effective online teaching.
