**Job Title**: User Experience Researcher

**Location**: On-site, New Delhi

**About the Role**: We are looking for a User Experience Researcher with a unique blend of skills in cognitive science, neuroscience, behavioral science, and marketing. This role focuses on enhancing user experience, journey, and content using scientific principles, and requires a creative and analytical mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Development**: Develop and implement product marketing strategies grounded in cognitive and behavioral science to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- **User Experience Design**: Utilize principles from neuroscience and behavioral science to design compelling user journeys and experiences.
- **Content Creation**: Craft engaging and informative content based on scientific insights, tailored to diverse user demographics.
- **User Research**: Conduct and analyze user research using various methods to gain deep insights into user behavior and preferences.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product development, UX/UI designers, and content creators, ensuring integration of scientific insights into product and content development.
- **Data Analysis**: Employ data analytics to measure the impact of strategies on user experience and continuously refine approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing, user experience design, or related field.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and user research methodologies.
- Creative thinker with a user-centric mindset.

Pay: Up to ₹1,218,553.44 per year
