- Monitor and improve data quality metrics to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of records.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports/dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, HR, Delivery, Operations) to align and standardize data processes.
- Assist in resolving data discrepancies by investigating mismatches and providing corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and audit trails for data processes.
- Work with automation tools (Excel macros, SQL queries, Power BI/Tableau, Python scripts) to streamline reporting.
- Support the team in process improvement initiatives related to data governance and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and confidentiality standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data operations, data management, or reporting roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and SQL for data queries.
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of data governance and quality frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to work with multiple departments and stakeholders.
