**Job description for public speaking associate.**

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to

1. Oversee implementation of the curriculum focusing on the learning outcome for the schools assigned following all the criteria of observation and report the findings.

2. Identify the gap between the curriculum, implementation and learning outcomes and suggest ways based on observations, to improve learning outcomes.

3. Identifying training needs, during class observation, for the teachers and reporting it to the manager

4. Contributing in curriculum research and development

5. Work on the new public speaking projects ensuring timely work submission

**The incumbent should be**
- Graduate with English medium background
- Fresher with excellent communication skills
- Tech savvy with excellent knowledge of MS office
- Some knowledge about video editing and mixing would be added advantage
- Competent to research filter relevant resources

**Personality trait**
- Confident, vivacious and energetic
- Patient and team player

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Day shift
