**Job Title: Nursing Tutor**

**Location**: Hesaraghatta, Bangalore

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in nursing education or clinical practice.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting classroom lectures and practical sessions for nursing students.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive lesson plans and educational materials in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to students to facilitate their understanding of nursing concepts and skills.
- Organizing and supervising clinical training sessions in healthcare facilities to ensure hands-on learning experiences.
- Assessing student performance through examinations, assignments, and clinical evaluations.
- Providing constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning and professional development.
- Collaborating with other faculty members and healthcare professionals to coordinate educational activities and ensure program effectiveness.
- Participating in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and quality improvement initiatives as required.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and educational needs.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia resources for instructional purposes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

**Salary**: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
