Faculty for Ca/cma

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Prepare and present lesson plans, lectures, and tutorials in accordance with the syllabus and exam requirements.
- Ensure understanding of complex concepts and make them accessible to students at various stages of their learning.
- **Preparation of Study Material**:

- Develop and update study material, notes, presentations, and other resources as per the latest syllabus and exam pattern.
- Design practice papers, quizzes, and assignments to help students prepare for exams.
- **Student Interaction and Support**:

- Provide one-on-one mentorship and academic support to students who may need help understanding difficult concepts.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and group discussions to ensure comprehensive learning.
- Assist students with exam strategies and time management tips.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Evaluate students' performance through tests, assignments, and practical sessions.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on students’ progress.
- Monitor and track individual student’s progress and offer suggestions for improvement.
- **Staying Updated with Syllabus Changes**:

- Regularly update teaching content and study material in line with the changes in the CA/CMA syllabus, exam patterns, or regulations.
- Attend faculty training and workshops to stay current on industry trends and best practices in teaching.
- **Exam Preparation**:

- Conduct mock exams and exam-preparation workshops to assess students' readiness and boost their confidence.
- Help students understand the exam format, typical questions, and time management during the exam.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and the administrative team to ensure smooth functioning of the classes.
- **Personal and Professional Development**:

- Participate in seminars, conferences, and other events to stay updated in the field.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- CA or CMA qualified (mandatory).
- Additional qualifications such as M.Com, LLB, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Teaching experience in institutions or coaching centers is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good knowledge of the latest syllabus and exam patterns.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
