**Position**: Mutual Fund - Back Office (BO)

**Location**: Kochi, Kerala

**Experience**: 1 year in Mutual Funds/Financial Services

**Salary**: 25k - 28k

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process mutual fund transactions such as purchases, redemptions, and switches.
- Reconcile mutual fund statements with internal records.
- Handle client queries related to mutual fund investments.
- Maintain and update mutual fund-related data in Excel and internal systems.
- Generate reports and MIS for management and clients.
- Coordinate with fund houses, registrars, and brokers for smooth transaction processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (SEBI, AMFI, etc.).
- Assist in account opening, KYC verification, and other operational activities.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
✔ **Mutual Fund Knowledge**: Understanding of mutual fund products, NAV calculation, and transaction processing.
✔ **Excel Skills**: Proficiency in **VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Data Analysis**.
✔ **Communication Skills**: Ability to interact with clients, fund houses, and internal teams effectively.
✔ **Analytical Thinking**: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
✔ **Experience**: [X] years in mutual fund operations or financial services.
✔ **Educational Qualification**: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Preferred: NISM Certified).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
