An architect is responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of buildings, landscapes and other physical structures. They must have a solid understanding of design principles, building codes, and materials, and they must be able to communicate their vision to clients and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and planning new building projects, including creating 2D and 3D drawings, models and blueprints.
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements, budgets, timelines and other specifications.
- Conducting site surveys and analyzing site conditions to determine the most suitable location and orientation for a building.
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors and other specialists to create a comprehensive design that meets all requirements.
- Ensuring that building designs comply with local, state and national building codes, as well as safety standards.
- Managing construction projects, including overseeing the work of contractors and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Providing guidance and advice on material selection, lighting, ventilation, and other design elements.
- Conducting research on building materials and construction techniques, and staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional certification or licensure as an architect.
- Proven experience in designing and managing construction projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with a wide range of professionals.
- Good project management and organizational skills.

Work Environment: Architects work in a variety of settings, including design studios, offices, construction sites, and client locations. They may work alone or as part of a team, and may work long hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines. Architects may also travel frequently to meet with clients, visit construction sites or attend conferences and other industry events.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
