We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Teller Caller to join our travel team.

The role involves reaching out to potential customers, informing them about travel

packages, offers, and services, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. If

you have strong communication skills and a passion for travel, this is the job for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads, previous clients, and inquiries to promote travel packages and services.
- Share information about domestic and international tours, customized itineraries, deals, and seasonal offers.
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings
- Provide basic travel-related information and address customer questions professionally.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Coordinate with the operations/reservations team for smooth customer service.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
- 2 years of experience in calling or telesales, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (Marathi,
- Telegu, Tamil, Malayalam, Gujrati, Bengali,).
- Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and packages is an advantage.
- Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
- Customer-focused, target-driven, and a team player.

Working Hours**:Mon-Sat: 10 AM - 5 PM.**
