**Role Summary**:

- Electronically reproducing the legacy Pump bill of materials (BoM) into Engineering business system
- Receive parts request and interpretation requirements, Creation of part code along with CCN
- Coordinate and update part drawings and sectional arrangement drawings when required
- Other duties as may be required

**Preferred Experience / Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years of experience is relevant industry
- Hands-on experience on engineering drawings of pump/seal parts using 2D and/or 3D software tools
- Basic knowledge on various types of Centrifugal pump rotating equipment and its parts
- 2 years of experience in a professional environment of mechanical or allied engineering industry
- Good communication skills (read, write and speak)
- Manage and plan work related activities/ schedule on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis
- knowledge to interpret part drawings, assembly drawings, machining drawings, understand the instructions provided diagram or other technical documents
- Understands the job flow and prioritize the daily activity-based customer demand

- Should have good Inter personnel skill to interact and maintain good rapport with various functions, BU and inter-departments in the organization smoothly
- Flexible to work on shifts and/or BU time zone to suit business needs and demand.
- Flexible to do what it takes to meet customer project due dates
- Final round of interview will be conducted by the business unit

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Understand aftermarket part business as a whole and its day-to-day customer requirement from sales, com-ops and engineering perspective
- Understand the Bill of Material process flow from the multiple Legacy brands to be able to transfer and load needed information among platforms and business systems
- Familiarity with various business systems and programs to locate and track needed Bill of Material and reproduce information confirming to Global Engineering Standards and adapting to new guidelines and procedure
- Evaluate the legacy BoM and understand the structure based on the Original Equipment, Model, Type and Owning Business Unit
- Responsible to interpret assembly and part drawings of pumps and its features and transfer the pertinent data/information on business system while updating BoM
- Consistently follow-up with Business Units in mobilizing the required information’s to accomplish the assigned tasks
- Provide proper response to various stake holders in case of any queries and concern
- Maintain Job related database periodically and generate report as prescribed
- Document the feedback received from BU and refine the process to incorporate the lessons learnt and look for opportunities to improve the process and services

Attend project meetings and report the current status against plan
