Location: Guwahati
- should have 5 years on the HCM platform. Personnel Administration, Org Management, Time Management, Payroll.
- SAP certification is must
- Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes.
- Coordinate with the stakeholders during requirement gathering and execution phases.
- Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration and Testing the complete process cycles.
- Possess strong knowledge on Organization management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll
- Should have strong knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customising-Payroll & Time management.
- Integration knowledge across modules.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guwahati, Assam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
