**Job Role: SEO / AI SEO Expert**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic SEO Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, focusing on both traditional SEO techniques and AI-driven methodologies, to increase organic traffic and improve rankings for high-traffic keywords.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Oversee on-page SEO practices including optimizing meta tags, headings, content structure, image alt text, and internal linking to improve website visibility and user experience.
- **AI Integration**: Implement AI-driven SEO tools and techniques such as semantic search optimization, using AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation, AI-based keyword research, and predictive analytics for future trends.
- **Technical SEO**: Conduct site audits to identify and fix issues related to website performance, crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, and structured data implementation (schema.org).
- **Content Strategy and Optimization**: Develop content strategies for blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions while ensuring SEO compatibility. Provide content briefs and optimize content using AI-based optimization tools for maximum organic reach.
- **Link Building**: Design and implement ethical, high-quality link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings. Use guest posting, outreach campaigns, and digital PR to earn backlinks from authoritative sources.
- **Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis**: Perform deep keyword research to target high-conversion search terms, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities in the industry for organic growth.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, keyword rankings, and overall ROI using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools. Provide monthly reports to the leadership team with actionable insights.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with the content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO strategies are aligned with broader business objectives. Ensure seamless integration of SEO tactics across all digital platforms.
- **Continuous Learning and Optimization**: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI advancements. Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field; certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus
- 2 to 6 years of proven SEO experience with measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, etc.)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI SEO trends
- Knowledge of HTML, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and CMS platforms like WordPress
- Ability to write and optimize AI-friendly, keyword-rich content
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and align SEO with broader business goals
