**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Video Editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)**:

- Edit raw footage into compelling videos, ensuring smooth transitions, and sound synchronization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, take briefs, and execute editing as per the client's requirements.
- Add sound effects, music, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Work on color correction, grading, and ensuring the overall look and feel match the project requirements.
- Export and deliver final video outputs in different formats optimized for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media, websites).

**2.** **VFX Artist (After Effects, FCP)**:

- Create high-quality visual effects (VFX) including compositing, green screen keying, 3D/2D animation, and motion tracking.
- Integrate CGI and other elements into live-action footage, ensuring a seamless blend of visual components.
- Use advanced motion graphics techniques in After Effects and FCP to create animations, titles, lower thirds, and other motion design elements.
- Work with directors, producers, and other team members to conceptualize and design unique effects that enhance visual storytelling.

**3.** **Motion Graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)**:

- Develop and create dynamic motion graphics for video intros, outros, overlays, and infographics.
- Animate logos, text, and other visual elements in creative and engaging ways to capture audience attention.
- Assist in creating storyboards and visual concept development for various projects.

**4.** **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the production team, directors, and clients to understand project scope, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the project timeline.
- Maintain organized project files and assets for ease of collaboration and review.

**5.** **Software and Tools**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Expertise in Final Cut Pro (FCP) and other relevant editing and VFX tools.
- Knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus but not mandatory.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- VFX Designer, Video Editor, and Motion Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work in video editing, VFX, and motion graphics.
- Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and continuity in video editing.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and refine work for the best outcome.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
- **Salary**: Depends on Performance.
- **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
