**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming of elderly individuals and children.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Assist in mobility, walking, and light exercises.
- Administer prescribed medication under supervision.
- Monitor overall well-being and report any health concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment at home.
- Assist children with homework and daily routines.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Minimum 9th pass.
- **Experience**: Experience in home healthcare, childcare, elderly care, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi preferred).
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible.
- Willingness to travel for home care services (if required).
