**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that drives lead generation and nurturing activities.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other CRM systems. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve lead generation efforts.
- **SEO and SEM**: Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to lead funnels.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective follow-up. Provide insights and feedback to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new lead generation opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- **Budget Management**: Manage budgets for lead generation activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering results.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
