**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute engaging daily activities focused on early childhood learning through play, art, music, and movement.
- Introduce basic concepts like alphabets, numbers, colors, and shapes using fun and interactive methods.
- Support the emotional and social development of children by creating a nurturing and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and wellbeing of all students throughout the school day.
- Maintain individual student records, progress reports, and communicate regularly with parents.
- Participate in school functions, celebrations, and workshops.
- Work closely with the academic coordinator and follow the school’s curriculum framework.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Early Childhood Education / Montessori or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers with strong passion and skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Warm, patient, and cheerful personality with a child-first mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
