**Key Responsibilities**:
**1*. **Photography & Videography Shoots*:
Conduct professional photo shoots in various settings, including indoor and

outdoor locations.

Capture images that meet the project objectives, ensuring appropriate

lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.

Utilize different photography techniques to create a diverse range of

captivating images.

**2. Image & Video Editing and Post-Production**:
Edit and retouch photos to enhance their overall quality and visual appeal.

Manage post-production processes, including color correction, cropping, and

formatting for different platforms.

**3. Equipment and Technical Expertise**:
Maintain and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lenses,

lighting, and other relevant tools.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in photography & Videography.

**4. Project Collaboration**:
Collaborate closely with other team members, such as creative directors,

Designers, and marketing specialists, to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling results.

Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

**5. Photo Library Management**:
Organize and manage the company’s photo library, ensuring easy

accessibility and proper categorization of images & Video.

Implement effective backup and storage strategies to safeguard the photo assets.

**6. Event Coverage**:
Document company events, product launches, and other special occasions

through photography.

Capture candid and engaging moments that showcase the company culture and brand values.

Proven experience as a professional photographer or Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and versatility.

Proficient knowledge of photography techniques, equipment, and post processing

software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong creative vision and attention to detail.

Flexibility to adapt to various shooting environments and handle unexpected challenges.

Time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results on time.

A passion for photography and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends
