Backend Operations Executive

Roles and responsibility:
**1. Work on daily Price and Qty updates.**

**2. Category mapping based on Marketplace requirements.**

**3. Catalog management such as defining attributes, key features, descriptions, titles, images, etc**

**4. Able to understand the work module and take initiative to explore more possible ways to serve quality jobs.**

**5. Single and bulk inventory uploading.**

**6. Expertise in advance excel concepts such as pivot table, and V-Lookup.**

**7. Connect with Amazon support for Inventory issues & get the possible solution on query and follow up.**

**8. Coordinate & highlight the repetitive issues with Account Manager & internal dept.**

**9. Track Inventory/Order issue and have corrective action on it.**

**10. Category mapping based on Marketplace requirements. [Amazon]**

**11. Prepare daily summary and report**

**12. Ensure TAT is met for all tasks assigned.**

**Qualification**:

- UG/Graduate [M**inimum 1 year of experience]**

**Skills Required***:

- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good verbal and written English language communication skills.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills and pressure handling
- Work from the office only.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations: 2 years (preferred)
