**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding financial products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- NISM 8 certification is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
