1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

2. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.

3. Proficient in using production planning tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Production Management**:

- Plan, organize, and supervise manufacturing processes to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Address and resolve production issues promptly.

2. **Team Supervision**:

- Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and workers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff, ensuring optimal productivity.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

3. **Quality Assurance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
- Inspect products during and after production to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Implement corrective actions for quality issues.

4. **Inventory and Resource Management**:

- Monitor and manage raw materials, tools, and equipment to avoid shortages or downtime.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of supplies.

5. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive operational excellence initiatives.
- Prior experience in OEM
- Shall have served as vendor to either one or all industries from following segments
