Visiting Faculty

**Role Description**

We are launching **two separate Microsoft-certified add-on programs** for B.Tech and other degree students:

- **Microsoft AI Program** - Covers **AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals)** and **AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate)**:

- **Microsoft Cybersecurity Program** - Covers **SC-900 (Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals)** and **SC-200 (Security Operations Analyst)**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visiting Faculty - Microsoft AI / Microsoft Cybersecurity. The college is located in Muvattupuzha, the role involves teaching and training students in Microsoft AI and Cybersecurity as part of a weekend program. The faculty is responsible for creating course materials, delivering engaging lectures, assessing student progress, and staying updated with current trends in the fields of AI and cybersecurity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging **in-person classes on Saturday** (3-6 hrs) as arranged.
- Guide students through the **Microsoft Learn curriculum** and live lab exercises.
- Prepare weekly lesson plans, practical demos, and assessments.
- Mentor students for **official Microsoft certification exams**.
- Coordinate with college management on progress reports and feedback.

**Qualifications**

**For Microsoft AI Visiting Faculty**
- Strong knowledge of **Azure AI/ML**, Cognitive Services, and basic data science.
- Preferred certifications**:AI-900** and **AI-102** (or equivalent real-world experience).
- Experience in Python, basic machine learning, or AI development tools.

**For Microsoft Cybersecurity Visiting Faculty**
- Strong understanding of **cloud security, identity management, SOC operations**.
- Preferred certifications**:SC-900** and **SC-200**, or equivalent security/incident-response experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, or other SIEM tools.

**Desired Skills**
- Excellent classroom communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for undergraduate students.
- Prior teaching/training experience (academic or corporate) is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 per week
