GSA is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. The role ensures that guests experience a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment during their stay. The GSA works closely with the housekeeping team to meet hotel standards and exceed guest expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
- Replenish room supplies (e.g., drinking glasses, toiletries).
- Report any maintenance issues, room damage, or safety hazards.
- Follow proper procedures for lost and found items.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored properly.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas (hallways, elevators, lobbies).
- Respond promptly and politely to guest requests or complaints.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift/carry moderate weights.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Polite, professional, and guest-service oriented attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
