**Role Overview**:
**About Satyarthi Movement for Global Compassion (SMGC)**

The Satyarthi Movement for Global Compassion aims to globalize compassion and ignite ‘compassionate action’ and ‘compassionate leadership’ in the world to ensure justice, equity, peace and sustainability for all. SMGC aims to create paradigm shifting social transformation and meaningful impact at scale through power of compassion.

We focus on creating ‘Compassionate Communities’, extensive research and training, experiential learning, high level dialogues and conferences. SMGC encompasses grassroot activists, youth leaders, Nobel Laureates and global changemakers from all walks of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Development**
- Create content for SMGC and KSCF social media accounts and websites.
- Develop content for collaterals including newsletters, brochures, flyers, concept notes, presentations, reports etc. for donors, partners, community, youth, and civil society organizations.
- Work with graphic designer and video editor to develop infographics, video and photo stories to showcase organization’s projects and achievements.
- Coordinate with the Program team to identify and develop a pool of human interest stories.
- Develop content for organization-led editorial campaigns on TV/ print/ Digital media.
- Manage freelancers and agencies for content creation, graphic design, and video production as needed.
- Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s core messaging, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.

**Content Dissemination**
- Plan dissemination of content on various platforms, including social media, website, print collaterals, publications, media, etc.
- Tailor messages to resonate with different stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of communication materials, incorporating insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Strategic Partnership team to share relevant stories and information as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in research and content creation.
- Experience working with high-profile individuals or in high-stakes environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social development sector
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages is a must
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to the values and mission of the organization.
- Commitment to deadlines.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
